1. The customer has the right to cancel or rearrange their shoot day up to 5 days in advance of the arranged date, after this time only legitimate or emergency reasons will allow the moving or cancellation of your shoot date i.e. car accident/break down/illness and so on. Laura Wiseman Photography retains the right not to proceed with a shoot if a customer has requested that Laura Wiseman Photography is to delay the shoot (with what I consider an invalid explanation) inside 48 hours of the shoot date.

In the event of cancellation of services by Laura Wiseman Photography for non compliance of the terms covered in section 1 of the terms and conditions, 50% of any payment made will be retained by Laura Wiseman Photography to cover lost earnings and expenses incurred.

2. If you are late for your photography shoot I will wait 30 mins after the appointed time. Once the 30 minute waiting period has elapsed, if you have not made Laura Wiseman Photography aware of reasons for the lateness, your session will be forfiet and no refund will be provided. If you have contacted Laura Wiseman Photography, any additional time spent waiting for your arrival after 30 minutes has passed, will be subtracted from your allotted session time (if you are 1 hour late for your 90 minute shoot you will have 60 minuets remaining). I understand that some situations are unavoidable but by informing me as soon as possible I can try to accommodate you as much as possible to avoid losing any of your session time.

3. In the event of inclement or unfavourable weather on the day of your photography shoot, Laura Wiseman Photography reserves the right to utilise a substitute area or, to reschedule the meeting at no additional expense to yourself.

4. There is no set base limit or maximum number of pictures to be taken on the shoot, Laura Wiseman Photography needs are for quality and assortment over quantity. Clients will receive the final edits only. These are the photographs that the photographer would like to have their name against. Not all the scenarios seen being shot will be used and the choice of final selection is at the discretion of Laura Wiseman Photography.

5. The safety and welfare of your animal is of paramount importance. Laura Wiseman Photography reserve the right to refuse to shoot if the location has clear and present dangers that could result in injury to either the photographer or pet.

6. Refunds are not issued as standard but if mitigating circumstances prevent Laura Wiseman Photography from completing the shoot one will be considered. If you are unhappy with the final images supplied by Laura Wiseman Photography, a complaints procedure is in place and must be adhered to. This is to protect both parties and allow a fair assessment of your grievance.

7. Any rude, offensive or violent conduct towards our photography staff or 3rd parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the photography shoot.

8. Laura Wiseman holds all copyrights for her images. Raw and finished images from all photography shoots are the exclusive property of Laura Wiseman Photography and the use of images without direct consent or written permission will result in punitive measures.

9. Definition of photographic use - Laura Wiseman Photography retains the copyright of all images unless otherwise stated in a previously understood contract or legal agreement. In the event that you do want to retain the copyright to an image or, use said image for business or promotional purpose, a personal or business contract can be issued for said images. All images provided to the customer are intended for your personal use only.

10. Images must not be added or entered into competition’s as your own work, all photographs used must be accredited to Laura Wiseman Photography. If you intend to use the images for competitions please indicate this at point of booking and a personal license can be granted for this purpose.

11. Laura Wiseman Photography reserves the right to use any picture (this does not include individuals images, personal likeness or minions) for all types of promotional and advertising purposes including online marketing, social media, prints and all types of public display.
